Influenza-Like Illness (ILI) = Fever 100.4 F or greater + cough or Shortness of breath and one of the following conditions
Known exposure to a person with Covid-19 within last 14 days
2. Travel to high-risk countries - China, Iran, Japan, South Korea, Europe or Washington State
3. Immunocompromised (cancer, on biologic therapy, transplant patient, and HIV disease)
4. Lung Disease (asthma or COPD)
5. A person from Long Term Care, homeless, or jail/prison system
